Delivery FAQ
Where do you deliver?
We do country-wide delivery. We do not ship outside of Uganda.
When will you send my order?
We do next-day deliveries and same-day deliveries for orders received between 08:00 am to Midday on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Uganda.
When will I get my order?
All orders will be received during the morning hours of the delivery day, this however might be different for upcountry deliveries as they may take longer.
What if the recipient is not available to take the delivery?
Our orders require confirmation in the form of a signature on delivery. We will engage you on how to redeliver your order at your expense If you are not at the delivery location that you provided.
How much will shipping cost?
Our delivery cost is a flat rate of shs. 500 per kilometer and shs. 1000 for upcountry deliveries
How long do my pastries last?
Cookies and cakes may be left in their containers or stored in an airtight container for 5-7 days. But of course, we know they won’t last that long!
If you don’t plan on eating all your cookies at once, freeze them on the day you receive them. When ready to eat, simply heat your cookies in a 180C oven for 2-4 minutes until warm and gooey.
Returns & Refunds
All our pastries are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only be responsible for good damaged by our transportation and in that case, we will replace the order.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Should you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email our customer service team. Info@mazing256.shop. Please note cancellations and modifications must be made within 2-4 hours of placing the order. Within those time frames, we will be able to cancel and refund or modify your order.
Big Orders (like, huge ones)
If you require pastries for a big event, we’d love to be involved. Please email Info@mazing256.shop at least 14 days prior. Include the date you’d like the order for, quantities required, desired flavours and contact details.
