Shipping policy

Same day deliveries for orders placed before 10 am. Next day deliveries for orders placed after 10 am. Express deliveries for orders that require same day delivery and placed after 10 am. (Delivery charge likely to be higher)

Mazing256 orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days (M-S)from the order date.  Standard shipping takes 1-2 business days. Do Note, shipping windows are estimates.

 

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Should you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email our customer service team. Info@mazing256.shop. Please note cancellations and modifications must be made within 2-4 hours of placing the order.  Within those time frames, we will be able to cancel and refund or modify your order.

Big Orders (like, huge ones)

If you require pastries for a big event, we’d love to be involved. Please email Info@mazing256.shop at least 14 days prior. Include the date you’d like the order for, quantities required, desired flavors and contact details.
